Will the contents of my Safe Deposit Box be insured by Nationwide Pack & Ship?

Nationwide Pack & Ship does not insure the contents of Safe Deposit Boxes. Our team values your privacy. We do not access your box unless presented with a warrant to do so. The contents of your box are not insured by us or by any private or government insurance program. If you wish to insure the contents of your box, we recommend arranging for coverage through your insurance agent. Please see the Safe Deposit Box Rental Agreement below for our full policy regarding insurance coverage.

Is there anything I cannot store in my Safe Deposit Box?

Prohibited contents include:

• Firearms, guns, and ammunition
• Other weapons, regardless of legality
• Drugs or narcotics
• Any item that may pose harm to the premises of Nationwide Pack & Ship, its employees, or customers
• Perishable goods
• Liquids, corrosives, pressurized materials, hazardous or explosive items (e.g. dynamite, fireworks, flares, tear gas, and self-defense spray)
• Anything illegal to possess under federal, state or local law

All Safe Deposit Box providers, including Nationwide Pack & Ship, are subject to local, state, and federal law. Any items deemed unlawful may, at our discretion, be turned over to law enforcement or another government agency without liability to us.

What do I need to rent a Safe Deposit Box?

• Two forms of identification (e.g., Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, etc.)
• Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes with our team
